How Do I create a Wholesale Account? TOP

In order to be considered a wholesale vendor, you must have an active resale certificate and tax ID number. 

A discount of 40% will be given on all wholesale orders. All initial orders must be a minimum of $75. If you would like to participate in our dropship program, please indicate that in your request. 

If you are a brick and mortar location, pictures may be required for approval of your application.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. 

You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.

If you have a large custom order or commercial order, we are happy to accept a check or money order, however, a 50% deposit is needed before the order will be produced.  The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the order. 

If you live in Lafayette, LA I would be happy to meet with you and discuss personalized customization and payment options with you. 

Return Policy TOP

Hair accessories and custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  Unworn, unused clothing may be returned if notification of the defect is made within 14 days for a store credit. 

Due to the nature of handmade and custom items, we do not accept returns on those orders.  If there is an error on our part (ex: shipped the wrong item) we will work quickly to correct it.  Please make sure to take correct measurements before placing your order.  Depending on the season, most custom orders take 7-14 business days to complete.  If you need your order sooner, please contact us for rush shipping options.

Order Policy

Please specify any sizes, colors, and monogramming details in the notes to seller section of PayPal if necessary.  Once your order is received, I will call you to confirm.
If you want to place an order over the phone rather than online, please give me a call at (337) 322-5337.  I would be happy to help you with any customization or details that you may have.

Orders need to be placed at least two weeks in advance, if outside of Louisiana and at least 1 week if local to Lafayette, LA.  Orders are placed on a first-come, first-served basis.  Call if needed to confirm order and shipping time beforehand.  Please note that order processing time is not inclusive of shipping time.  That means, if you place an order and shipping is 5-7 business days,  a custom order needs  to allow 2 weeks on top of delivery time.  Our items are hand-made and require time to complete. 
We charge 8% sales tax on all Louisiana purchases.  If you reside outside the state of Louisiana, please indicate in PayPal.  Tax will not be refunded.
